Package Features
Both packages include full access to all building features at no additional cost. You’ll enjoy one simple, transparent price—no hidden add-ons, no surprise fees, just everything you need included! See below what is included in each package:
BRIDAL SUITE
You will have use of a huge, elegantly appointed Bridal Suite to celebrate as you prepare. The Suite features a professional hair and makeup bar, your own private restroom with double sink, a full length mirror, and ample clothes racks and storage spaces for all of your necessities.


RESTROOMS
The main floor restrooms are quite spacious, modern and elegant. Each is handicap accessible and will be fully stocked and maintained throughout your event.

TABLES & CHAIRS
Your rental of The Watson Building includes abundant white folding chairs, 5′ round tables to seat six to eight guests each, and 8′ banquet tables for serving with every building rental. Linens may be provided by your caterer, or we have a preferred vendor list of local rental companies for linens, decorations or specialty tables and chairs. With our large open air space we can seat up to 300 people comfortably.

BALCONIES
Overlooking the main floor are two lovely balconies (one in front and one in the back) and two staircases with the original wrought iron railings. These balconies provide a great view of the main floor. The front balcony will hold six tables which seat 48 guests. The rear balcony will hold four tables. There is a large bridal suite behind the rear balcony with a large restroom and dressing area.


CATERING
We have an “open” catering policy, which means that you can choose the caterer of your choice or do it yourself! You are also free to use any florist, decorator, coordinator or any other vendor that you please. We can make suggestions for all types of vendors who can provide service to meet every desire and every budget.

KITCHEN
Your use of the large, industrial, catering kitchen is also included in the rental fee. Fitted with a stove, oven, warming oven, two commercial size refrigerators, large freezer as well as lots of stainless steel counter tops and triple sinks, we think any party is more than equipped. In addition, almost every local caterer is extremely familiar with this kitchen and definitely knows the ropes.


ALCOHOL
You may provide the liquor, wine and/or beer for your guests yourself through an open bar so long as it is served by a TABC certified server that you provide. You may also provide alcohol to your guests through a cash bar run by a licensed vendor. Alcohol can only be served from the bar or other approved areas. We do not allow guests to bring in their own alcohol.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Along with all of the above, a concierge service is provided to ensure that your event runs smoothly throughout the entire day and evening. We will ensure that the trash is removed as needed, the bathrooms remain fully stocked, spilled drinks are mopped up, lighting is adjusted as needed and that everything remains seamless. We strive to see that your most special day is perfect!
SETUP
The Watson Building can be made available the day before your event for set up, decoration and rehearsal. There is a base charge of $300 for the first two hours, with each additional hour charged at $100 per hour. This is necessary to cover the cost of utilities and staffing. The window for booking the prior day opens thirty days prior to the day of your event, but may be booked at any time if you book the entire day.
CLEANUP
It’s important to us that you are able to have a good time and enjoy your guests, so we handle removal of all trash during and after your event. All we simply ask is that at the end of the evening, you remove any leftover food and drink, your decorations and personal items, wipe down the kitchen equipment, and leave the kitchen in the manner in which it is found. We will put away all table and chairs and handle all remaining deep cleaning with our professional cleaning service.
